| "Sweet Mystery of Life" began as one of my "one stitch at a time" unplanned embroideries...Out came this happy woman in her tropical delight scene, with the first of the Mysterious Pink Pyramids. I later decided these are UFOs from Venus, which hover over women's houses when we're having our period or going through puberty, childbearing or menopause." Hand-stitched and beaded, with women's UFO symbol. A joyful celebration of womanhood, empowered and enriched with emblematic text and the artist's jaunty needlework. |
