Artist's Statement

“Some People Talk ‘Til They’re Blue in the Face!” 23” square

A “closet” outsider artist for many years, Chris Gilman’s quilts reflect many inspirations taken from personal experience and other events. Following the guidelines of working and living in a positive atmosphere plus having a bit of fun with the designs has made the results satisfying to the artist and, hopefully, anyone who sees them.
