Techniques Used:
Original - Whole cloth design, 100 % cotton fabric, oil paint sticks, pigment pencils, batting & felt used to give body, hand dyed using procion dyes, front and back selected from different dye lots, numerous threads used on quilt top, light against dark and vice versa, only invisible threads used on the backing.
Artist Statement:
Each day God paints a beautiful picture using so many beautiful colors our sky, air, water. Throw in the sun or the moon and we see God's gift — God's gallery — before and after every storm here in the North East.
