Purchased hand dyed fabric, appliqué, collage, ink pen.
Artist Statement:
This was intended to be a microcosm of a rock bed just before a storm when the winds are picking up. I loved the idea, but I did get the proportions a little off. I am playing with Barbara Olson's "Quilting like Leonardo da Vinci" ideas and it is stretching me. But so much fun!
