Machine pieced and quilted, with the raw edge
applique method. On the reverse side of the quilt, I did a tribute to my
husband, who gave his life for his country in an army airplane crash. The
reverse side is called "Rendezvous with Destiny" and has part
of his khaki army uniform for the background. Both sides meant a lot to
me while doing them.
